On May 8, 2016 at 10 weeks 3 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
Told my mom on Mother's Day and my dad and MIL a few days later by giving them a picture frame that said "Grandkids" that held a picture of Elle holding a framed photo of our ultrasound for #2. My dad's girlfriend was the only person to understand it immediately. Everyone else it took a few minutes and they initially thought it was Elle holding a picture of herself when I was still pregnant with her. After a minute or two they got it and were SO excited!!!On April 11, 2016 at 6 weeks 1 day pregnant
First Ultrasound
Went to Dr. KK's for our first ultrasound. Baby was measuring 6w2d (perfect!) with a heartrate of 113bpm. Huge relief!!
On March 22, 2016 at 3 weeks 2 days pregnant
First Positive Pregnancy Test
Took a test on 8dpo (according to FF... this cycle was wonky) and didn't have high expectations since it was SO early.... but both an OSOM and Wondfo showed up positive!! An FRER later that day had a very decent positive line on it as well!

Told Husband/Partner
My husband had just left for a 48 hour shift that morning and I knew I couldn't wait 2 days to tell him. After I heard from him that he had finished his big exam at work I picked Elle up from daycare early and headed to the station to surprise Adam. I initially told him it was so he could see Elle during his long shift, but then after a few minutes I told him Elle brought him a surprise. I pulled the FRER out of my pocket. Adam was beyond thrilled!! :)
