On October 7, 2016 at 17 weeks 5 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
Today was our wedding and during our ceremony we had a hand fasting part where my husbands Dad bound ribbons around our hands. The lady conducting the ceremony announced a 5th ribbon to be bound for the new addition due in March and it was absolutely beautiful. The photographer took photos of the top table where the remained of our parents sat so we could see there reactions! It was a beautiful moment and one we will treasure forever.

On September 28, 2016 at 16 weeks 3 days pregnant
Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
Heard babys heartbeat today. Was unexpected as apt was 9.30 and by 10.10 we rang maternity ward to cancel as had to go collect youngest daughter from ballet so never made it home till 11.10 and she knocked on my door at 11.20 so thought id missed my chances with her being late and all. So glad everything was okay and heartbeat was 155. Now I feel comfortable to announce we are expecting at our wedding in 10 days time!!

On September 9, 2016 at 13 weeks 1 day pregnant
2nd scan
Had my 2nd scan 9am but first at my hospital! They dated my due date 12th March 2017.

On September 3, 2016 at 12 weeks 2 days pregnant
Told other family member other than fiance
Told Auntie, when I was at my wedding dress fitting, I kept coming over all dizzy, sweating going really pale, in the end I sent Mum out to go get me something to eat and just blurted it out (seamstress already knew prior to fitting so as not to let anyone know!) Shes very happy and will keep it a secret.

On August 18, 2016 at 10 weeks 0 days pregnant
First Ultrasound
I am over the moon, after all the hassle with trying to get my 12 week scan and feeling something was not quite right, my fiancé booked a private scan. We went today and everything was perfect. The lady said don't expect to see much more than a jellybean shape as dates could vary by a week or so. I'm 10 weeks today and baby is measuring 10weeks 5days, a wriggly little thing waving arms and legs about.

Now I'm hoping to start enjoying my pregnancy and relax a little bit.

On August 6, 2016 at 8 weeks 2 days pregnant
First Prenatal Appointment
Went to maternity ward to have my booking appointment with a midwife named Sarah at 1.30 except Sarah didn't show and the midwife at reception and another lady called Katherine did my appointment at 2.45. Took my bloods, blood pressure and filled out the forms. Waiting for Sarah to call about scan date within the next week.

On July 14, 2016 at 5 weeks 0 days pregnant
Told Husband/Partner
sat on sofa and handed him a pregnancy test when he ordered a curry.
