My Baby's Birthday!
After 24 hours of labor and the epidural not working, Alison was born at 10:25 pm weighing 7 pounds 5.5 ounces and 19.5" long.

Packed for the Hospital/Birth Center
Since I'm dilating and whatnot, I started packing today.

Prental Tests: Glucose Challenge Test
Had it done today. It tasted like non-carbonated watered down orange soda. But I didn't feel sick, just gagged drinking it cause it didn't taste good. We find out the results in a week if I don't have it and sooner if I need to come back for the 3 hour test.

Found Out Baby's Gender
after 2 months of trying, the doctor was finally able to get a look between her legs and confirm that she is a girl.

Announced Baby's Gender to Family
We sent a text message with a picture of the ultrasound saying, "Meet Ms. Alison Jean-Kay Denton" to all our family and then posted it on facebook.

Quad Testing
Well, on the 17th we took our quad test for Down Syndrome and whatnot. Got our results today. Both came back perfect. :-D

Husband/Partner Felt Baby Move for the First Time
Every time she kicked, he would put his hand there and she would kick elsewhere. Finally he just left his hand in one spot and she kicked. He was so happy. :-)

Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
I was laying in bed and felt something strange so I put my hand on my bump and just felt. It was definitely her moving. It's happened three times now in three days.

Picked a Name
We have finally agreed on the name Christian Frank-Roy Denton if we have a boy and Alison Jean-Kay Denton if we have a girl. We agreed on this a while ago, but I'm just now adding it. lol

Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
I began wearing maternity pants since they seem to be all that can fit me (even though I only have two pairs).

First Prenatal Appointment
It was pretty basic. I peed in a cup (but they didn't test it while I was there.) and had a blood test that required four vials of blood to be drawn. We also got to get another ultrasound because my doctor does that instead of listen to the heart beat (there is an ultrasound machine right in the OB room) and Nathan got to see his sibling. He was so excited. <3 Just wish Sean could have been there.On November 26, 2012 at 7 weeks 3 days pregnant
Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
We had a second ultrasound to make sure I wasn't having an ectopic pregnancy and there our baby was; in the uterus with a heartbeat of 147 at 7 weeks 3 days.On November 8, 2012 at 4 weeks 6 days pregnant
First Ultrasound
We were worried I was having an ectopic pregnancy due to severe abdominal pain so I went in and there was literally nothing there, no sac or anything and it wasn't in my uterus or tubes.

Announced Pregnancy to Family
I went to my dad's the day that I took the test and told him and my step mom. Then later I told my mom when she was having a bad day (it made her day) and I emailed my sister's. Then Sean called his mom and told her and she thought we "were fucking with her". lol

First Positive Pregnancy Test
