My Baby's Birthday!
We had a scheduled csection at 7am and had to be at the hospital at 5am to be prepped and do paperwork and all. At 7am we were walked next door to the OR and they did my spinal block and got my all prepped and catheterized. We went to the OR and she was born at 7:28am! She nearly cried immediately! Such a relief! It was a beautiful sound! I cried instantly. They brought her around the drape to me so I could see and touch her before they started cleaning her up. It's been an amazing experience. We love her more than life itself. She is our pride and joy and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful baby girl!8 pounds 6 ounces

Baby Shower
My coworkers threw me a mini work shower on June 19th and we really got some good stuff. My "big" shower was June 22 and although not many people came, we got a lot of stuff we needed. I/we have met and had lunch and dinner with a few people since then that could not make the shower and have continued to receive things that we still needed! We are pretty much ready for you now! :)On April 23, 2014 at 26 weeks 6 days pregnant
Prental Tests: Glucose Challenge Test
Failed. Was suppose to be under 120 and was at 151. Will go back next week for 3 hour test. Hope I pass! Iron was also low so I have to start taking an iron pill every day.

Husband/Partner Felt Baby Move for the First Time
We were laying in bed and hubby had his hand on my belly, laying on his side with his eyes closed, and I felt her move and saw his eyes pop open. He said "I felt that!" :) So exciting! She moves more in the morning it seems, less at night.

Picked a Name
We had already been somewhat set on the name, but I was too scared to actually announce it to everyone, including our friends on Facebook, in fear that someone I know who is also pregnant might steal my name before I have a chance to name her, but I finally just sucked it up and we took a really cute photo and posted it on Facebook for everyone to see! <3On March 13, 2014 at 21 weeks 0 days pregnant
Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
I'm not sure of the exact date, but it was around mid-March. So much better! Comfy!

Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
Was sitting on the couch watching tv with my hubby and thought I felt some movement so I started to be still and concentrate and then a few minutes later I felt a little jab! So happy! I can't wait until my love can feel the kicks!

Second Prenatal Appointment - 12 weeks
12w6d. Doctor said everything looks good. My blood pressure, urine and baby's heartbeat all checked out good. I even lost 3 pounds according to their scales. Heartbeat 168 bpm. <3

Announced Pregnancy to Family
We announced to his family on Christmas Eve, and then to my parent's on December 29th when we flew to visit them for the holidays! They were all so excited! <3
