On March 29, 2014 at 8 weeks 2 days pregnant
First Ultrasound
Today I had my first ulrasound. I was beyond nervous but everything went well. I was able to see the little flicker of a heartbeat and it relieved me of so much stress. Baby measured 8w1d HB 168 BPM...I already know this is going to be a very strong baby.

Prental Tests: Glucose Challenge Test
Today I had my first/early Sweets Challenge Test (glucose test). I had to have it early due to me being over wait and will have it again when I am around 27 wks. Test results came back normal. YAY!

First Prenatal Appointment
Today was my first prenatal appointment and it went pretty good. I found out that my pregnancy is high risk and that i will be having a planned C-Section due to none of the doctors here do VBACs. It's kind of nerve recking but as long as my baby is healthy and I make it out of the operation room in good health I will be happy.

First Positive Pregnancy Test
I took my first pregnancy test...well two of them...one hpt and one at the VNA(HEALTHCARE CENTER)....first BFP!!!!!

Announced Pregnancy to Family
I found out I was pregnant on 3/3/2014 and that same day I told my fiancé and few family members. they were all excited to find out there will soon be a new addition to the family. I will wait a few more weeks before I tell my mother and aunt.
