On February 25, 2016 at 35 weeks 1 day pregnant
My Baby's Birthday!
I went into labor Feb 20th after my baby shower. I was admitted February 21st for preterm labor cause I was 34 weeks and 3 days. Goal was to keep me pregnant till 35 weeks. So pretty much I was to be in labor and stay pregnant however long it took. On day 3 I developed severe preeclampsia so I was induced with Pitocin and my bag broken. 15 hours later my baby girl came on 35 weeks and 1 day of pregnancy weighing in at 7lbs 6 oz and 20 inches

On February 20, 2016 at 34 weeks 3 days pregnant
Went Into Labour
Had my baby shower on Feb 20th. Around 6 pm that night I started to have what I thought were Braxton hicks until I realized they were coming every 8-10 minutes. I tried to drink water and relax since I was had a exciting day thinking all I needed was a good nights rest. Worst night of sleep ever. I was still at my sister in laws so I went on all fours and my sister in law loaned me her heating pad since it was cosntant back pain. We drove home and I took a hot shower hoping it will help and it didn't. we went to the hospital at 4 midwife checked me and said I was in preterm labor at 34 weeks 3 days. I was 4 cm dilated with my water budging. thus started our 4 day journey to delivery

On November 16, 2015 at 20 weeks 5 days pregnant
Husband/Partner Felt Baby Move for the First Time
got woken up b a pooping sensation took me a few seconds to realize it wasn't gas it was her kicking!! I woke m hubby up so he can feel her. Was a super cool moment for the both of us

On October 19, 2015 at 16 weeks 5 days pregnant
Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
Was woken up by a popping sensation and a hard spot on my belly. She been having little movements off and on the past few days

On October 7, 2015 at 15 weeks 0 days pregnant
Found Out Baby's Gender
Went to a place that we paid out of pocket. the tech is so nice and funny. Baby was very stubborn and kept the legs crossed and the umbilical cord was dangling in front of the goods. so he had me flip to my side and viola parts shown and we are expecting a sweet baby girl!!!

Picked a Name
I think yesterday we finally settled on a name. For a boy

First Prenatal Appointment

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
I got myself a fetal Doppler so I can hear my babies heart beat at home and as a soothing thing to calm my nerves. I finally got the official little heartbeat. I got it at 185 as the highest. Sounded like little galloping hooves :) such a wonderful sound

On August 15, 2015 at 7 weeks 2 days pregnant
First Ultrasound
Had to go to the ER for bleeding so they preformed a ultrasound to check on baby

On July 31, 2015 at 5 weeks 1 day pregnant
Told My Boss About My Pregnancy
I already had told my supervisors the good news since the knew I've been trying. Told my manger because one of my associates kept blabbing her mouth so I decided to tell my manager before she heard a rumor. She was super happy for me as well. Since I work at a Gun Counter where we are pushing 400 lb carts and lifting heavy items she warned me to take it easy. although I'll probably stop doing the heavy stuff once I start to show. Really I cant relax or take it lightly until I get the note from my dr. since my company doesn't really care much for their disabled employees let alone their pregnant ones. But I plan to work up till I deliver

On July 25, 2015 at 4 weeks 2 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
We announced it to my family over the phone. But my brother in law was the best. He is a contractor in Iraq so we see him every six month. It happened to fall on his birthday so I wrapped up a digital test in a onesie that said I Love My Uncle. took him a few minutes but he started to jump up all excited and ran and gave me and my husband a hug. We had been trying for a year (they knew we were) so it was the greatest gift we could give him.

On July 20, 2015 at 3 weeks 4 days pregnant
First Positive Pregnancy Test
I had a weird feeling something was off. So I ran to the dollar store cause I was out of test and grabbed 3. It was afternoon but couldn't wait so I pulled one out got a urine sample and put the drops in. Imagine my surprise as I watched the test work and a ever so faint line appeared! I grabbed my second and tested that one and another line, grabbed the third and there I was in the bathroom with three positive pregnancy test staring at me!! I cried so hard cause we had been trying for a year and thought we missed our window the july month. 12 more urine tests and a positive blood test later and we are over the moon excited for our first child
