man that was INTENSE! i needed a little bit to get into a comfy position and decided to open the window a few minutes in, so i had the fresh air the voice talked about - i followed the instructions and it worked amazingly well for the first time. they say you get better every time you are doing it.
after the phase to get into that relaxation state, they asked me to create/find/envision a place where i feel perfectly comfortable and secure. once they brought me there, they made me meet Marla. that was when i started CRYING like a baby. tears ran down my cheeks. it was such a joyful experience, but i know i only scratched the surface of it, because the picture wasn't that clear and i got side tracked a little bit by the question if that safe-place i created (our bedroom) WAS the perfect place yet or if i should choose another one or get more creative with it. i'll have to do that script/exercise every other day for a week in rotation with another one. so i'm sure i'l

hello my beautiful english speaking friends!
i have news to share:
after a long rocky journey we are finally closer to our goal.
it took us 25 months of tears, blood and nerves... (also hard cash)
as some of you might now, john and i suffer from (unexplained) infertility ....so does every 6th couple BTW.
in those 2 years i had two heavily medicated Intra Uterine Inseminations (IUI) and suffered one miscarriage in between. but, the second IUI was *drumroll* SUCCESSFUL!
they managed to kick the shit out of my ovaries
tomorrow i will be entering the second trimester which is known to be the safer time of pregnancy, hence my official announcement to you:
WE ARE HAVING A BABY IN MAI! YAY!
