On January 26, 2012 at 39 weeks 3 days pregnant
My Baby's Birthday!
Started feeling contractions around 6:45am. Labored at home for 5 hrs. Went in around 12:30pm. Was only dilated to two. They checked again an hour later and I was at 5. Started pushing around 8pm and he was out by 830 :)

Went Into Labour
see "my baby's birthday"

Membrane stripped
still dilated to one, and had my membranes stripped.

Lost the mucus plug

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time

First Ultrasound
I went into the E.R because I had spotting and cramping. They had to make sure it was in the right spot and healthy. Baby is SO TINY, but we saw the flutter of it's heart beat! It was crazy. Andrew loved seeing it.

Told My Boss About My Pregnancy

Announced Pregnancy to Family
Took a test in the morning because I knew I might be preggo. Had a faint positive. Went to doctors and they got a positive. Took another the next morning and had a strong positive. Called my mom and dad... both happy. Andrews parents-not the happiest.

Told Husband/Partner
showed him the faint positive, and told him it might be a bad test, and I'm prolly not pregnant... went to doctors and they confirmed it. I called him there and told him I am for sure preggo. He was like "really?" He was in shock, but when he came home, he was SO HAPPY and all smiles!
