Here is the pic with main gestational sac and other sac. Tech states it is a sac and not a bleed. Looks to be empty. Once focused on the main sac there is a fetus and heartbeat. Bit concerning. They say it should not affect the healthy one at all and will absorb into body (vanishing twin)
