My biggest concern is this effecting something with the other sac that appears larger and alittle further along. Does this make sense? Thank you so much for that!

However it was a vanishing twin as my son's heart started beating in the 6th week but the second sac never had a heartbeat. But that too me looks like twins. My HCG jumped really high as well

My HCG levels came back at 4000 yesterday and they were only 465 last Friday. Does this sound right? My Progesterone has stayed around 47-50 since i got my BFP at 10DPO. Thanks!
