Is it twins?

Wow thats crazy. I am guessing that it didnt effect anything with the other sac though? My biggest concern is this effecting something with the other sac that appears larger and alittle further along. Does this make sense? Thank you so much for that!

I was diagnosed with a hematoma with my son at 5 weeks .. come to find out like over a week later around 6 weeks that it was indeed twins. However it was a vanishing twin as my son's heart started beating in the 6th week but the second sac never had a heartbeat. But that too me looks like twins. My HCG jumped really high as well

I don't know about the dark spot, but it definitely looks like you have more than one little peanut in there!

Did everything turn out ok when you had them?

Because I have had three pregnancies with these, it looks like a small SCH (subchorionic hematoma).

Anyone know what that second black blob looking thing is next to the Gestational sac? My HCG levels came back at 4000 yesterday and they were only 465 last Friday. Does this sound right? My Progesterone has stayed around 47-50 since i got my BFP at 10DPO. Thanks!
