Ultrasound Date: March 3, 2015

I'm supposed to be 10w1d. I had this ultrasound done on 9w6d & the sac measured at 4w6d & she said there is definitely a baby there but wouldn't let me hear the heart beat. I want to believe her but come on now the sac looks empty to me. Anybody got an opinion? Any ultrasound experts?
