My gestational sac is looking better! The yolk sac and fetal pole are visible up top. We saw the heartbeat! Baby is measuring right on target at 6w6d. The doctor pointed out a 2nd fetal pole at the bottom but didn't see a heartbeat with that one. He also couldn't find the yolk sac. He thinks it might be a vanishing twin. I go back in 2 weeks to find out more.
