I'm 30 now and at 5 weeks pregnant-last week I began to have soreness and stiffness unlike I've had since the injury in my left hip. I'm afraid this will only worsen as my pregnancy progresses. Suggestions? I do yoga and I'm thinking lots of stretching will be my only friend now. |
