I gained 70(gasp!) lbs with my first baby, and while I've lost nearly 50 of that, I'm still 30 lbs overweight. I'm hoping that I'll have morning sickness so I don't eat so much this time around. I've also aquired a lot of healthy habits in the past six months so that should help. My only advice is to only eat what you use to eat before you become pregnant. You really don't need extra calories!

I'm overweight obviously, and am going to do my darnedest to not gain a bunch of weight... I'm 4dpo today and am preparing for AF... We've been ttcing our first four five years.... This is my second cycle ovulating on my own... We are praying for a BFP, but I doubt it's gonna be that
