Q: Midwife or Doctor?

My last pregnancy was high risk with delivery complications. Would a midwife still be a good choice for me? Trying to explore different types of pregnancy/ delivery care options. I know its down to personal preference. But have any of you ladies been classified as high risk with an OB then transitioned to a Midwife?

I think it should also depend on the type of complications you had with your last pregnancy/delivery. Definitely ask questions and do your research.

My midwife with my last pregnancy works in a high risk clinic attached to the hospital that has a NICU. So no, it's not out of the question but make sure they're a CNM and affiliated with a good hosptial
