Q: 5.5 weeks, no bleed, dry, most symptoms gone except for breasts when i pinch. Is it normal?

Hi, have mild pain, comes and goes in the pelvic and lower back area.
woke up to breasts not so full and no pain. Sensitivity came back when i pinch during mid morning.
Yesterday the bloating was so much, today nothing.
I'm also on a weight loss program and going to the gym.
Anyone else had this happen?
Miscarried once before, had a c scar ectopic last year, keep reading about silent miscarriage.
My first app with GP in 3 days. Just so upset!
thanks

It’s very normal for symptoms to come and go. I’m pretty dry in the beginning, and remember every woman is different as far as symptoms. With my first I didn’t see anything other my period taking so long to start that clued us in and by the time we figured it out I was probably 8/9 weeks or so along. Never had nausea or anything. I know it’s hard when we’ve had MC before (and I go through extreme worry each time) but try to breathe easy. You aren’t spotting or anything so try to hang in there because anticipating it isn’t good for you and baby either. Keep us posted on your first appointment xo

I meant to clarify when I say my first, I meant my first child, not MC (such a ding dong right now lol) listen, I was so freaked out this pregnancy because I bled for 6 days, negative urine test at doctors’ cause I was so hydrated and it took forever for them to take me seriously as blood tests took forever to get back, due to the crap hole where I currently live. So sorry you’re going through such sresss! Keep up with your work outs cause it’s good for you, if you see bleeding, doc can tell you more, but my doc said it won’t prevent a MC.
I feel my MC were likely due to something wrong with the baby rather than my hormones though, docs agree. i don’t know you’re story or what doc thinks is causing your MC but f/x this is your take home baby and that you can just relax and enjoy. Hang in there, girl!

Thank you Angela18, I try, it is true, I don't remember much from the other pregnancies, because I realised late I was expecting. This time around I am more clued up (so I think) with every little thing.
Nope, no bleed, mild pains come and go, I'm scared to exercise. Hoping GP can get me to do a blood test for hgc levels but on a saturday will not have results for few more days yet...
Will update.
