Q: Bump disappeared

I'm 37+2 with my 2nd baby. This morning when I woke up I didn't have any discomfort or heaviness when I stood up, like I normally do. Then I noticed my bump is so much flatter. Bump still feels hard at top but softer down the bottom. Baby is moving about as normal. Do you think it's moved down? Is it a sign labours near?

There’s a chance baby could’ve already started to drop.
