Q: Question about how far along and bHCG

Can someone please refresh my mind on how the due date is calculated on this page??? Based on my LMP I am 5 weeks 2 day, based on ovulation though and the one single time my husband and I tried I would have conceived March 6th which puts me at 4 weeks 4 days according to the due date calculators on other pages. I just got my beta hcg and it’s only 327. I’m thinking that’s too low and it is low according to the lab that did the blood work, it should be above 500 for 4 weeks. I know my numbers were much higher in previous pregnancies. But according to this site, at 3 weeks and some days along it’s normal. So how do they calculate here that I’m only 3 weeks and some days pregnant?
