I feel the same way and did for both pregnancys, if you feel you need a nap take one your body needs to rest, my mom said Im always tired because of the cute little parasite growing in me haha but in a way thats true (minus the parasite it's a baby instead) just try to take it easy I felt like that my whole 1st trimester both times and if I didn't sleep I was so mean lol good luck and congrats

Would filling sleepy all the time had anything to do with the babys gender? I have two boys and never felt sleepy, but I was younger (24 & 28) i just hope is a girl. If not we'll still love him.

First off, Congrats!! OMG! YES!! I could NEVER keep my eyes open. I used to sleep from 7pm-7am and was still exhausted. HA Just think...your baby's growing and your body is like, "WHAAT IS THIS?" heeheehee Enjoy, rest up...you deserve it! You're growing a person!

I wish a can nap everyday, the only days I can have naps are on weekens. Last week I was at work and my eyes just give up and had a nap for like 10 minutes...

Sounds very normal to me. I *need* to nap everyday for at least a half hour; I just can't make it through the day otherwise. That started before 4w and is still with me :)
