Q: opinion on the name Shiloh ? ?

Im having such a hard time finding boys names! i already picked a girl name but boys are so hard. I do like shiloh, but im afraid it might be too much for a girl then a boy ? what do you all think ?

thanks so much, that was helpful. I did have problems with my sons name when i was pregnant. my MIL hated the name i picked and tried so hard to get us to change our minds.. so i think this time around we will keep it a secret until the birth. im just having such a hard time finding a name i LOVE.

I dont share or ask for anyones opinions on names..because someone will always have something they dont like about it. If you name your baby the name you like..and then tell everyone when they are born..then you dont have to hear near as much negative responses..When people see that babys face then they automatically associate it with the name you have chosen. :) My girls names are very unique and I made them up myself..,. My girls dont look like anything other then what their names are. So...mostly...people see you asking their opinion...I would be more prone to asking for suggestions before opinions. People can always find negative things...specially because we all have such different taste. :) good luck.

yea the name Shiloh is originally a boys name. until the celebrity baby came along... i like Kasen, thats cute. im also thinking about Jovi maybe .. ?its definitely not common!

A lot of women think Cameron is a girls name cause of Cameron Diaz.. But I am naming my baby boy Cameron :) Use what you happy with hun.. :) I dont care what people think :) xxx

I don't love it (reasons above and also a celebrity kid's name) but a friend of mine named her girl "Shilah" which I think it pretty.

Sorry, but it also reminds me of a pet name. Our outside cat is named shiloh. :( Sorry.

Its just my opinion , but I always liked Shiloh...only for a girl I think its more feminie sounding..thats just me though
