Q: Can you feel anything as early as 13 wks?

This seems strange as i've read that you should only feel movement from 18-20wks, but for the past few days i've had a fluttering/bubbling sensation in my abdomen, is it possible this is the baby or is it all in my head?

Yes its possible! I am not exactly sure how far along I am, as my cycles are off, I missed a period in March, had one in April and here I am in May pregnant. Not sure if my LMP was actually a regular period or not, but if it was I should only be 6 wks but I swear I feel those little fluttering and bubbling sensations that I felt in early pregnancy with my other two! I would almost say it is baby I am feeling, though my mom swears at this stage its probably my intestines moving out of the way to make room for baby. Who knows? lol

I have been pregnant 4 times, and with each pregnancy I felt the movement earlier and earlier. My first I didn't feel until about 16-17 wks, my second I felt around 14 wks, third at just before I was 13 wks.

If you've been pregnant before then you tend to feel it earlier since you know what to expect and can recognize it sooner.

(Also if you're thinner, you'll feel it earlier.)

It's wonderful isn't it! :-)

Yes!! I felt DD at 12 weeks and it was actually confirmed a day later at an US I felt a bumb and found out it was her bumping me. It started out as a "slither" type motion though lol!! I was only 97lbs at the time though so that prob helped!
