Probably just fine but always tell doc just to let him/her check you out. When I was about 16wks with DS my 65lb dalmatian jumped on my belly while I was sitting on the couch. She kind of used me like a trampoline, but all was well with the baby. They really are in there pretty snug :)

Most likely, you are fine, but definitely bring it up to the doctor tomorrow at your appointment. I slipped on some ice when I was 5 months pregnant with my daughter and everything was good. I just had to sit in the doctor's office for a bit while they monitored her heartbeat and did a quick ultrasound. Thankfully, babies have a lot of protection. I wouldn't worry. :)

At 13 weeks baby is still pretty snug in there and well protected by everything. I'm sure everything is fine!
