Q: Sound like labor to you?

Yesterday I lost my mucous plug In the morning. The same afternoon I was checked by the doctor. He said I was a loose 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. All day Ive Ben having diarrhea. This evening for about 3.5 hrs ive been having what I think are mild contractions. They start as a back ache and come to my belly. They have started making me kinda nauseous. They had been consistent and gotten to 8 min apart. But now they seem even more mild and further apart.

Sounds like it could be the beginning of labor but you wont really know until your contractions stay consistent and get stronger and closer together.. Good luck! Im in the same boat you are! If their less than 5 mins apart for over an hour call your doctor :)

Sounds like early labor to me ! I had this for about 3 days after I lost my mucus plug, (I would count them for hours hoping it was the real deal but the pain never increased ) till I started going into active labor. You will be able to tell the difference when the contractions start to really hurt. Your body is getting ready for the big day, good luck ! (:

Sounds like your body is preparing for the big day. Unfortunately, all of those things can happen & real labor doesn't start for weeks. Keep your chin up! I know it may feel like pregnancy lasts forever, but it will end eventually! :)
