I guess I have less glandular tissue then lol. I'm not sure why you're all saying my comment wasn't helpful. The tea really worked for me :/ Guess I'll stop answering questions...

Also there are women who adopt and can bring on lactation without ever being pregnant so people have done crazier things! The fact that you have some milk is GREAT!

Thanks so much ladies! Well it's only day 2 (from when I decided to start counting) and I've already noticed an increase. It's next to nothing - still only getting drops but overall there is most definitely more milk coming :D

The size of your breast has no impact on the amount of milk you can make. What makes the difference is the amount of glandular tissue. Fatty tissue determines the size of your breasts, and that has nothing to do with making milk!

I am a very small breasted woman lol so my milk supply was on the low end to begin with but I still managed, then when my son was 4 months old we found out I was pregnant with my 2nd son. My milk supply started to dry up and I started drinking a tea, over here we call it Mother's Milk tea I don't know what other areas call it. But I drank 4-5 cups of it a day at least, usually tried to drink it while I was feeding and it helped me keep my supply up for him until he was 10 months old, then I stopped so I could lose my supply and get it back for my 2nd son to have a chance at the colostrum.

Hi there. I was on domperidone, 4 pills three times a day, if I remember correctly. A pretty high dose. (I had milk, but my breasts never became engorged.) It enabled me to almost exclusively breastfeed my son (I would need to top up with formula after finishing, usually around 4 oz per day). Unfortunately, I am not able to tell you how much I pumped because I only pumped after my son was finished nursing to try and stimulate more milk.

I don't have any similar experiences but I ran across these 2 articles recently that might help
This link covers relactation: http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/relactation.html
And this one covers getting a previously weaned baby to the breast: http://www.kellymom.com/bf/concerns/...to-breast.html

It did not work for me. I can't remember now how much I was taking. I was down to about 5-10ml each time I pumped with a hospital grade pump (8 times in 24 hours) I did this for over 2 months. I was also taking fenugreek and eating lots of oatmeal every day. My milk supply never came back. I HAVE heard of it working though, so don't give up hope! If you visit La Leche League at http://forums.llli.org/index.php there is a specific forum for relactation and there is a TON of expert advice!
