i do feel hungry, but i cant decide what to eat as i do not have appetite. my cousin is also pregnant but she is a total contrast of me, as she has appetite to eat almost anything.

I agree with the fruit and veges! The nausea seems to go in waves. I have gone through stages of only wanting fruit or veges but absolutely no complex carbs to craving rice noodles etc. I am eating better now (almost 8 weeks). I expect it to change again sometime soon!

Fruit is good for you and little one. Are you taking prenatal vitamins? If you are then just eat what you can or start you fancy if not then try leafy greens in a salad as this is good for folic acids.
I have no appetite at the moment but I do eat what I fancy when I fancy it such as lunch yesterday consisted of doughnuts.
Hope the appetite comes back for you soon.
