Q: Baby Girl Names, help with first name.

I don't even know the sex yet but I have a strong feeling that it is a girl. DH and I love southern double names and I am in love with the name 'Emma Kate" but we have a close friend who named their daughter that a few months ago. Out of respect we don't want to use that name but would like to keep the middle/second name of "Kate" I really liked Ella Kate until my DH pointed out it sounded very similar to the word 'Allocate" so.... any suggestions would be great!! Thank you :)

With Kate as a middle name I like Laura Kate. One name Dh and I contemplated was Katherine May. Katie May for short. I also like Cora May. My LO(if it's a girl) will most likely have May as a middle name, it's just sticking with me.

I have a friend who named her daughter Eliza Kate. My daughter's name is Emma so that's my favorite of course;-)
