Probiotics! 75% of your immune system is in your digestive system. Eat high quality yogurt with active cultures, probiotic drinks like Danactive, kefir, etc. My 3 yo caught RSV for the first time in December (it was the first time she was sick in her life, so she's not a sickly child) & it wiped out her immune system. I've started building it up for the past couple of months using probiotics & she is doing much better. Gl & feel better!

Orange juice (8 oz.) daily, eat some baby carrots as a snack daily, make some kale smoothies periodically and grab a garlic supplement at a health food store. Also, take good vitamins! Make sure you are hydrated....drink water often. These things have kept me healthy.....so its the only advice I can give!
