Q: Standing after sitting for about 45 mins plus

Hi Guys,

Im working at my desk most of the time and I've noticed recently when I stand up to go to the loo or get water, I feel a tight and sometimes stretching cramp between my inner upper thigh and bums and sometimes right there! Happens mostly when I've been sittinf for over 45 mins. I need to get up slowly and walk slowly for a while before Im normal again

Is this normal? I'm at 20 weeks now.

Thanks all!

Its probably the sciatic nerve. Mine has been a problem since i found out i was pregnant but it stopped hurting around 20 weeks but has recently started back hurting and i'm now 26 and 3. I work standing up and most of the time id rather stand than sit cause i know when i get back up its gonna hurt. like after my drive home. omg its horrible.

I have the same problem if I have been sitting down for awhile. I'm 25 weeks along and think it's pretty normal.
