im also experiencing this one but its in the right side. one of my doctor's fear is it can be an ectopic pregnancy but she said its too early to know im only 5 weeks 5 day preggy. i did UTZ the other day and it just showed that it is more like an 1cm cysts. she told me to wait for 1 or more weeks and see if it will turned out to be ok.. hoping for the best for my baby..

Me too.. Am 5 weeks 2 days and am cramping on my left side and my lower back. Am also googling alot to see if this is normal,lol!! Hope we are just freaking out for nothing!!

Iam now 11 weeks and i had cramping till i was about 7 weeks, i had it every day nothing really helped. Drs said that as long as no bleeding everything is ok. Ive had 2 ultrasounds and the bubby is fine. I think everyone is just really different and you body reacts differently to the beginning of pregnancy. Try not to stress although i know its hard.

I have the same problem, cramping on the let side only. It seems to get better as the day goes on but it comes right back the next morning. I have also found that if I need to use the washroom, any type of straining can cause my left side to hurt quite a bit.
