Just FYI, be very aware that essential oils can label themselves as 100% pure even if they have synthetics and additives. I think they only have to contain 10% EO to claim purity. The fillers added can not only decrease efficacy, but can actually be very dangerous, particularly used on a membranous region of the body. Tea tree is considered "likely safe" during pregnancy, but that is when used topically and in recommended doses. Personally, I think 15 drops is highly concentrated if the oil is truly 100% tea tree. I love EO's and use them daily and testify to their efficacy, but you should definitely learn as much as you can about oil safety before using them, especially if you're pg. This is just my opinion and my approach to using eo's.

Really?! I haven't heard this one. Why the olive oil... Is the tea tree too strong? I think I might give this a shot. Thanks!!

I've used tea tree oil (diluted with olive oil) on a tampon. (Keep tampon in the applicator sticking out the top, drip 10-15 drops of tea tree oil, then dip the tampon into olive oil that was poured into cup) I've done this 2 times a day and it was gone in about 4 days completely. I know they say no tampons during pregnancy but that is because if you leave it in too long, bacteria grows. I suggest leaving it in for a half hour then take it out, the tea tree oil will still be inside. I swear it works better than the store bought stuff.
