I drank protein shakes when I was pregnant last time. I had the worst m/s. But if I downed a muscle milk it really helped.

I agree. Eat a nice breakfast which usually sets your day up for success. I eat a bagel or a breakfast sandwich. Sometimes im not hungry but an hour into work I start feeling sick. I also pack pretzels and hard candy. The tiny snacks until lunch time help as well. I usually bring a fresh fruit and have that in between breakfast and lunch.

My morning sickness was way better if I just kept eating, even if I wasn't hungry or thought everything sounded gross. I am a teacher and often was stuck alone with a classroom full of students for hours who couldn't be left unsupervised even to run to the bathroom. I kept crackers and pretzels and other snacks on my desk and munched all day long, every half hour at least. Also I felt better if I started my day out with a nice carb heavy breakfast like a bagel, breakfast sandwich, etc. Sometimes I had 2 breakfasts, one as soon as I woke up before showering and one about 2 hours later when I got to work before students arrived. I never threw up in front of them! Came close once though!
