Q: How far along do you think I am?

Ok so, I miscarried October 5th. My first beta hcg was 59 with the pregnancy and then when I started bleeding it was tested again and was only at 300 at an estimated 5 weeks. I knew when I ovulated. So a month had passed and still no period and my boobs were starting to hurt again. I took a home pregnancy test which came up positive. I thought it might still be from my miscarriage but went and got more blood work done on 11/9 and the beta came back 259! Went again 2 days later 11/11 and beta more then doubled at 573! So this is definitely a new pregnancy. Problem is, I have no idea when I ovulated. But I DO know that hubby and I only had sex twice after my miscarriage and that was on October 24th and 26th. So opinions on how far along I am? I don't have an ultrasound scheduled until December 8th.

That is a tough question to answer. The only way to answer that is through your 1st ultrasound. Beta numbers vary for different people so there is no way to base it on that. Based on your time of intercourse you have 5-7 of being fertile. When did you do a HPT? 11/8 could possible put you at 12 or 13 dpo when most HPT show a positive. Some women show sooner on a HPT due to their HCG levels, but mainly 12 or 13 dpo most show up. So, I would say 4 or 5 weeks as a guestimate. Congrats!
