Q: Working out how far along you are

Its says that I'm 4 weeks according to last menstrual cycle, my partner is fifo and came home 3/12/15 which was 2 weeks ago. I'm 14DPO (5/12/15), my question is am I 4 weeks or 2 weeks? because obviously I didn't have sex prior to him returning home

Mall doctors and calculators start from your last menstral period. Yes, gestationally baby is only 2 weeks old but because doctors don't know exactly when conception/implantation happened they start counting from your last period.
