Q: Cholesterol during Pregnancy

So i had to get my cholesterol checked today for my insurance and it came back as really high. I have read that cholesterol rises during pregnancy and have always been borderline with mine. I guess my question is is this something i should be concerned about. I will bring it up at my next visit, but that is still a week away.
