Q: How Much Weight Loss is Too Much?
I'm only about 5 weeks in, but I have absolutely no appetite (not morning sickness, I'm just not hungry... ever). So far I've lost 5 pounds; but I've only been keeping track during this past week. I'm not really sure how much I weighed prior to my pregnancy, but when I got my BFP I weighted in at 157, and one week later I'm down to 152. I'm overweight to begin with at 5'3" and there's a part of my brain that's rejoicing at the weight loss; but I am concerned for my baby's health too. Is it too much, too fast? Should I force myself to eat even if I don't feel like it?This question was asked Nov. 7, 2016 9:26pm
