Q: Anyone have a tilted uterus? Did you have a lot back pain early on?

I miscarried in March at almost six weeks but before that, an ER Dr told me that my uterus was tilted towards my colon. I did notice that I did have some back pain before I got my + (about 4 weeks) and when I miscarried I had a lot of back pain as well.
Now, I just got two faint +'s (one Friday, one today) I'm somewhere between 3 1/2- 4 weeks and I am noticing a TON of back pain. I did not have this with my daughter, not this early anyway. I think it could be due to my uterus being tilted.
So my question is:
A) Has anyone else that has a tilted uterus had this back pain and had a viable pregnancy?
B) Does the pain continue the entire pregnancy?

I'm not sure if it's because of my tilted uterus but with my first I had back pain before I knew I was pregnant. In fact I was getting inserts for my shoes because I would be limping around at work. My back pain was sciatica so it would shoot down my leg. I would end up shopping in a wheelchair due to my legs giving out. My next two I didn't have it nearly as bad, and my fourth it started up again but would switch between affecting my foot to just my back or both. And if it's sciatic like that it can be very debilitating. Actually with my two miscarriages I don't remember if I had back pain or not. Epsom salt baths almost every night made everything more bearable. GL to you!
