Q: Third time

Hi there. How are you all? Thank you so much for reading. I need help. I wanted to ask that what should be the diet in 3rd trimester? Kindly suggest. Thank you. Take care.

It totally depends on you dear. If you really wanted to be smart. You should do dieting than. It's really going to be effective for you. If you don't want to be smart. This might affect you to put on a little weight on you. As it's your third time. You already experienced allot. I don't think there is anything that you want to know more. I think it's all you want to know.

Well dear it should be same as your first time. First of all congratulations for this happiness. May the coming baby be awesome. What do you expect. What do you want. If possible than share that as well with us. We would be happy to know about this. I am really feeling great for it. It's going to be best for you. I think you just need to be relax. Just take care allot, I mean more than usual. Try to take fresh fruit. Specially bananas, oranges and apple for sure. Take fresh juices, milk shakes would be nice. Everything is great for you in this condition. As it's your third time so you are experienced from this regard. Don't worry this journey is going to be great as well.

Hey Jenifercox! Congratulations for the coming baby :)
Since you are in 3rd trimester you must take a lot of care. Take proper rest. Make yourself comfortable. Try to do light exercises. Try yoga. It helps a lot. Do exercises for pelvic floor muscles specially.
Keep having prenatal vitamins. Have diet rich in protein. Have fruits. Vegetables are good for you too.
