Q: advice for friend

A friend is facing difficulties in TTC. I recommended she go for IVF or surrogacy. She's open to both options. She just can't narrow down to one. IVF is great in that she can conceive herself. But there are many cases where it isn't successful. Or it is very time-taking. Surrogacy, on the other hand, can also be a little time taking, but at least it's a sure shot. The down with that is she can't conceive by herself. What should she do? Should she go through the trouble and wait of IVF. Or should she resort to surrogacy? I'm more inclined towards surrogacy since it's lesser stress. I may be biased though since I myself went for it. Can you suggest her?

I think its better is she asks this from her doctor. There are some cases where IVF might not work. Such people are usually advised to go with surrogacy or adoption. She doesn't want to spend money on a treatment that might not work for her. She should first consult her doctor about this. This will help her make up her mind about what she should be choosing. Good luck to her.

hey there! I think you are right.I think your friend should go for surrogacy. surrogacy is a great process. and it is a lot more convenient. it has a higher success rate. and it is a lot better. people call it controversial. but there is no problem with that. there are no complications. the baby is healthy. and it is yours. she should defo go for surrogacy. thanks.

Sorry to learn about your friend. It is a tough time. It sometimes takes years to resolve the issue. The wound of being infertile is too deep. Making a proper decision is very difficult. Everything seems really problematic. It looks that nothing will be fruitful. Currently yourr friend is facing a similar situation. As nothing has worked for her therefore she cannot trust any procedure. IVF and surrogacy both work well in the infertility cases. The procedure can be chosen accordig to the choice and the condition. Usually a professional's advice is better in this respect. A doctor expert in the fertility matters must be consulted for the procedure. If she is healthy and the problem is only with fertilization then according to me IVF is fine. If she does not have the healthy eggs then she can seek the help of the egg donor. In all other situations surrogacy can be helpful. It is like getting the help of the mom by getting her womb. I think you need to get a professional help before makin

Hi. How are you? I suggest her surrogacy. Its success rate is higher than IVF. IVF fails in many cases. Many infertile women chose surrogacy. It is successful in many cases. So stay calm and think about surrogacy. Best wishes

I can totally feel you because TTC is a very difficult job. Infertility is becoming increasingly common but don't lose hope. In the world of this modern medical era coming over issues like infertility is not a very difficult thing. I have taken quite the interest in procedures such as IUI, IVF, and surrogacy. They really are great. Although many are open to IVF, surrogacy still seems to be lagging a bit behind on appreciation. These methods exist for our easy and I think people shouldn't shun them so quickly. I would suggest you study more about these and don't lose hope! Prayers from my side?

Yes, It is said that IVF may have more chances of failures. Surrogacy is said to be more successful. But IVF has an advantage of having the baby yourself. Carrying a baby for 9 months is different. Going through all the changes in the body for your baby will make a deeper attachment between the woman and the baby. Surrogacy does not have that advantage. You will not be able to feel the baby for 9 months. But everything has its pros and cons. I went through surrogacy. It was not an easy decision. But the doctors helped me out. I have been told that I will have two daughters soon. Since I had a pleasant experience with it, I will suggest that to you. I think your friend should go for surrogacy. Wishing best of luck to your friend.

I am sharing my experience with you for your friend.
I'm totally infertile now as i had hysterectomy cancer and as i result i am infertile now. But my husband was there with me every time. Than we searched about surrogacy and found it best solution for us.
I'm basically from Japan we are settled in Japan from past few years. We are happily married
As Japan has banned surrogacy so we moved to Europe to find our dream come true.Than we moved to Ukraine as we heard there are many good clinics regarding surrogacy in Ukraine. In Ukraine we found a clinic and consulted them. They helped us to find a good surrogate mom.Now she is pregnant with our twin daughters. We are very excited about having two daughters. We are so thankful to the clinic. The surrogates mom are kind they let us have our dream come true.

Well, the treatment she opt for depends on her chances of conceiving. She must see a fertility counselor for better advise. However, IVF is effective when you are a good responder to the cycles and medications. Moreover, surrogacy is another treatment that most approached these days. IVF works where the woman is healthy enough to carry a pregnancy to the term. On the other hand, the surrogacy is a perfect option for those who are unable to carry the baby to the term. As you have mentioned that she can't conceive naturally. So she can consult with a goof RE her chances of conceiving via IVF. Otherwise, the surrogacy is a good option. I pursued it after trying every possible way to conceive and carry it to the term. Now, I have resorted to surrogacy.

Hey there Jenny, sorry for the late response! If you haven't decided yet i would first ask your friend to ask what she thinks is best. Pregnancy certainly isn't an easy thing to go through and it should be carefully considered. If she thinks she has the physical and mental capability to go through with it then she should do so. Otherwise, surrogacy is a really good alternative. Good luck with your decision. Keep us updated!
