Baby dust to ALL, our dreams came true!! :-) My name is Joi, I am 24 years old and my christmas present and anniversary present(12/31) all in one is a positive pregnancy test!! My husband and I have been together for 8 years and have a 7year old daughter already. This is my 5th pregnancy. I've had 2 miscarriages and a tubal pregnancy in which I had to have a Laparoscopy surgery to remove the fetus, and in result removal of 2/3 of my left Fallopian tube. We haven't been trying to conceive for long bc I have been successful at getting pregnant, just no luck at having a full pregnancy. I stopped taking birth control in August (2012) and found out I had ovarian cysts via ultrasound. Sex was unbearable so we barely BD, maybe once a month(yea it was that bad). By November I noticed my cycle wasn't bad as far as cramps and thigh numbness like the previous months. So I tracked when I'd ovulate, although it was possible the days were off due to cysts. We BD 3days after my projected ovulation date. The next day, Nov 25,2012, I was in pain on my right side and I had another ultrasound to check cysts on the 26th. Doctor said everything was normal so I started thinking, well maybe the feeling was conception!! Waited for my period to come and when it was a couple days late, I thought maybe its just stress or my cycle getting back on track from the cysts. A week later, I said ok time to test! And what do you know, BFP!! Called my doc and went in for a blood test that same day to confirm :-) I'm excited but need to take it easy so this pregnancy can progress! Prayers and encouragement needed!

My Birth Plan

All natural :-) I would like for my husband to be in labor with me but he is deployed and will not be back until September. I will see if my parents will come to Texas where we're stationed to help and support me. I hope this pregnancy and delivery is as eased painless as my first!!
