|Tags: 1st Pregnancy Planning to Breastfeed Pregnant in my 30s|
About Me31, married almost 2 years, built our dream house 1 year after that, now we'd like to fill it will babies. I was on depo for 13 years and that worried us. Luckily the BFP was only 5 months after the last shot wore off. Woo hoo! Hoping for a new addition in late August!
My Birth PlanThere's nothing set in stone yet since this is all new. Right now I am tracking what I eat religiously. I've contacted the doc weeks before my 1st appointment to coordinate my personal vitamin regimen. I almost drink more water than I can handle. I'll be working out moderately for muscle tone and general health.
Things we're thinking about: minimal/no ultrasound due to possible autism correlation???? Gonna talk to the doc about that. A midwife. I don't know about no drugs or water birthing, etc... yet. That will come with more time, research and doctor recommendations.
I can't wait to decorate the nursery!
(This may sound dumb, but in my perfect world I would love to have some very cute heals I can wear throughout the entire pregnancy. I know, I know. Likely unsafe, uncomfortable, and unattainable, but a girl can dream.)
