Hi Everyone my name is Ana, and this is my first pregnancy ever !! Lol.. iam very excited and hoping to have a normal healthy pregnancy. My husband and I are both very excited. I wish everyone a healthy baby, good luck to everyone thats pregnant cuz i know iam scared for sure!!

My Birth Plan

I want to have my baby as natural as can be, but if i cant deal with the pain i am willing to have a epidural. I really want my husband with me in the delivery room but he's a wimp, lol and he will probably wait outside since he gets queezy at the sight of blood, Iam just overall hoping for a healthy baby and i dont really care how i have him or her just as long as he or she comes into this world perfectly safe!!

I am a worrier by nature, and 9 months is a long time to stress about something! The only advice I can give is to take time everyday to sit and breathe and concentrate on nothing but u and ur baby, take ur vitamins as prescribed by ur doc, get lots of sleep, listen to your body, slow down, involve hubby by letting him talk to baby, take him to all doc app, buy him some reading material for dads and just enjoy each other. And above all Pray,and thank God for without Him nothing is possible.
