About Me

On May 12, 2012 my first child, Lane Ellis, was born still at 37 weeks gestation. His heart had stopped beating due to his umbilical cord being wrapped around his neck twice. It didn't take us long to conceive our second child after I gave birth, four months is all it took.

On September 27, 2012 we lost our second pregnancy at 7 weeks gestation. There isn't a tag for pregnant after stillbirth so I picked pregnant after miscarriage.

	Comment from Charlotte17 » Posted Nov. 26, 2012 2:11pm Hi gearybug, I just wanted to let you know that one of my best friends had a stillborn and then a miscarriage a few months after and has gone on to have two completely healthy babies without any complications. Not sure what you're plans are for future trying, but I thought that might be an encouragement to you. While your first lost is such a tragedy, it did show that you are able to carry a baby to term so hopefully you and your partner will have a successful pregnancy in the future if you try again! I lost my daughter at 40 weeks in February this year no cause was found for her passing. Iam now 12 weeks pregnant and having a c-section at 38 + 3 on 30th June next year, so not to long after ur due!! Just wanted to say hi and see how ur feeling with this pregnancy, Iam terrified and have panic attacks before my drs appointments its horrible but so far my baby is doing well. Hope ur enjoying this one !! I'd love to keep in touch if ur interested :)
