About Me

I'm 22 and my fiancé is 23 and we've been ttc our first child since May 2014. I am an absolute mess of a person haha! I have Endometrioisis, Celiac Disease, Chostochondritis,Tourette's Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety and Depression and Dermatitis. I have a genetic mutation of my FOX-C2 gene on my 16th Chromosome that means I have Distichiasis which causes multiple rows of eyelashes and eyelashes growing in weird directions and places the shouldn't. I am also seeing specialists to confirm whether I have Psoratic Arthritis like my mum, as well as possibly having Ulcerative Colitis or Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I am also O- blood type so I will require anti d injections later in pregnancy and I have a retroverted uterus.

We fell pregnant in Nov 2014 but lost our daughter Lily to a Sub Chorionic haemorrhage at 7 weeks pregnant.
We have just found out we are expecting again and I have been put on Progesterone pessaries and bed rest.
We are cautiously excited and want nothing more than a happy healthy baby (although I'm secretly pulling for a girl :p )

Hoping to have a natural unmedicated vaginal birth but at the end of the day my health and our baby's health are top priority. I am hoping to breast feed.

It's a Boy!! :)
