About Me
We have two wonderful and active boys (2015, 2013) and our fourth on the way. We experienced an early pregnancy loss (at 6wks) earlier this year. So far, this baby is slated to be born around the same time as our first. We weren't actively trying or not trying. Typically, we just trust the process and view anything as a natural and intended course or journey. Having recently become a full time SAHM again, I really relish the time I have with our growing boys.
I'm looking forward to this pregnancy and child with a mix of excitement, nervousness, timidity, and peace.
As a mom and wife, I really enjoy cooking healthy meals from scratch, exploring new ways of making healthy foods (sourdough baking, kefir, and yogurt, currently). I truly enjoy crocheting and try to squeeze in as many few minutes as I can each day. I also love going on mountain and forest adventures with my guys.
My Birth Plan
Our previous two births were planned as out of state births with a CPM/LPM. We are likely to enlist this individual, if available, for this upcoming birth. Although unexpected (in some ways), we cherish our ability to bear and raise/nurture/teach our children. For this birth, we plan to include both of our current live children as much as possible. I plan to allow labor and delivery to happen of their own spontaneous will and with the least amount of interruption, guidance, and intervention as possible.
Our previous live births went about this way and with this child being our fourth pregnancy, I anticipate things going smoothly, quietly, gently, lovingly, and peacefully. My previous births have been exhilarating in their own ways and I found it quite wonderful to experience the true fetal ejection reflex with our last birth.
