JJ's Birth Story

I started having active labor at 12:50am on Monday morning and timed my contractions until 2:00 am and called my OB's nurse line who said to go into the hospital. We arrived at the hospital at 3:00 am and my water broke in triage. I had my epidural at around 4:30-5:00 am and baby was born vaginally, with suction, at 5:46. He weighed 9 pounds and 10 oz. and 20 3/4 inches long. We are now resting in mommy/baby room working on breastfeeding.
