Laylah Grace 's Birth Story

Was born via C section due to not being able to progress or any progress in descending. After she was born her temperature dropped to 94.2. She was put in the NICU after trying to get warmth by kangaroo time which was not working. After a few hours in the NICU the doctors discovered she also had low sugar levels comparable to babies born from mothers with gestational diabetes. They are thinking towards the end of the pregnancy I picked it up. We left Wednesday morning and have been home adjusting to being a family of 6. Sorry so late on the update!
