9 weeks. Glad the bloat only shows up after eating lol
According to my scale I'm only up about 6 lbs so far.
And I throw up almost every time I brush my teeth. Which seems like it defeats the purpose lol

 | Comment from Kitten90 » Posted May. 30, 2018 10:15pm Yeah I figured out this morning I have to do quick bursts and spit frequently. What's making me gag is having the foamy toothpaste in my mouth too long. The texture is awful =( just thinking about it makes me queasy lol |
