Baby #5. 30w1d. Everything seems to be going well. All papers have been signed for my c-section, and I should have baby boy's (scheduled) birth date at my appt on the 30th. Some time around Fathers Day is the guess. I am SO excited to finally have a date to count down to!! :D) <3 xoxo

It is quiet on here for sure. I'll maybe post some baby pics. Youngest is almost 10 months (8.5 months adjusted), oldest is 23 months (22 adjusted) today. It almost doesn't seem possible. 4 is a hard age to know how to deal with death or loss. I honestly don't know what I would do or say. I'm Christian so my go-to is talking about heaven, but even if there is a "better" place for someone to go to until you see them again, it doesn't erase their absence now. But enough philiosophizing. Enjoy, and I think B's countdown and involvement in prepping for new brother will help

I do have week 31 and will take 32 soon, then post. I'm slackin'! Csection is booked! =D baby will be here Mon June 17th. 39wks exactly. Braelyn tells me how many days are left, every morning before school. She's so excited to meet her baby brother. This morning she asked when Edie was coming home. :'(( She's only 4 and doesn't know what death is, so we told her (when I came home without a baby) that Edie was very sick so she was staying with the doctor. Every now and then she asks about her and when she'll be better. It's hard, Idk what to say cuz she's years away from understanding.

At least with a vag birth u can kinda count down to the due date and hope from there, but a csection is such a guess until shit is booked. I guess even then, nothing's written in stone...but I'm ok with that. My daughter likes to tell me, every day, how many days are left. I gave her the count to 39wks, she's a need-to-know kinda girl...it's a flaw I passed down. :/
