nerves about 12wk scan...

well, to be honest today all I have done is worry about my scan in 2days time - it will be my 12wk scan but will actually be 12wks 5days - and I am just terrified of going to it......its not the scan process that is scaring me coz Ive had one before and its fine, but its the thought of them turning round and telling me that there is something wrong and last night I even dreamt that they told me there was no baby there and it must of fell out!!! Im trying not to think about it but its so hard :(
