Anxious about being alone all day :(

Today Iv'e had a weird feeling all morning - I've never minded being alone at home while my other half is at work before but this morning, as soon as he left the house I started to feel anxious/nervous and nearly every noise from outside was making me sit up and listen like I was on edge or something? Now I am just going to try and keep busy doing housework or something till he gets home and hope that this feeling is just a one off and it will go away, but its strange as its not like me to be like this at all....roll on 4.30pm when he gets home! ... ...
